Polish Art Pottery showcases a wide selection of premium contemporary pottery handmade by Polish artisans. We include in our collection tradition-inspired ceramic works as well as modern innovative designs; especially those that can be used for everyday life.
Thanks to the long-established artistic tradition Polish ceramic pottery has developed its unique identity. It combines new innovative forms and techniques with local traditions and inspiration in nature; respects and emphasises the multitude of textures of clay. Entirely unique works are results of experiments with glazes, often given an unexpected touch by adding other materials such as glass, wood or even metal.
For young designers immaculate slipcast stoneware or porcelain provide an excellent material for experimenting with hand-paints and prints - exercising inspirations from contemporary art and culture.
All items in our shop are individually hand crafted, and thus unique.

Polish Art Pottery is a newly established online shop focused on gathering exceptional decorative and functional ware from across Poland. It has its roots in Boleslawiec - one of the biggest ceramics centres in Europe with the long-established tradition of the local artistic craft.
Joint with the Blue Dot Pottery, we run the Polish Pottery shop in Islington in London. There we display our ceramics next to the traditional Boleslawiec stoneware:
