The project is a fickle game between a concept of a dish and a meal. A shape of the plate is an illusion of a dessert's filling, having and effect upon an imagination. It reminds a cream or a chocolate, or a whipped cream. At the same time the plate is fully usable, it gives a cook a potentiality to create unique culinary compositions.
